In this workshop you’ll learn how easy and convenient it is to shop and bank online. We’ll discuss why online banking is safe and secure and how you can save time when you pay your bills online. 2) Opening of Plastic Boutique

5) International Dance Affair

Coming into Fashion is an international exhibition of fashion photography selected from the Condé Nast archives of New York, Paris and Milan.
> Humanics: Shane Gibbs - until October 29
Humanics presents a collection of hairpieces that reflect Shane Gibbs’ desire to blur the boundary between traditional hairdressing and art. Creating sculptural ‘looks’ from unconventional materials such as steel wool, pipes, wire and wooden skewers Gibbs playfully pushes these boundaries, revealing his fascination with form and the avant-garde.

Winner of the 2017 Artspace Mackay Foundation ‘Hands On’ Bursary, Bethany Cordwell is a rising talent in the field of fashion design, currently studying at Queensland University of Technology (QUT).
> A Milliner's Tale: Brenda Lui – until October 12
In this latest collection of works, Mackay milliner Brenda Lui presents her interpretation of millinery trends past, present and future. Inspired by everyday encounters, from art and vintage fashion to urban design and the natural world, Lui’s practice combines luscious, colourful fabrics with her fresh take on form.

TimberFest provides local artists with the opportunity to perform and exhibit in a festival environment to build their local audience base, and TimberFest provides the wider Mackay community with a local music, art and lifestyle experience in a family orientated environment.
