Road closure

Council wishes to advise motorists that Holts Road between Mackay Bucasia Road and Carl Murray Street will be closed from Friday, January 13 for approximately four weeks to allow for essential upgrade works.

The closure is to facilitate the upgrade of the road approaches to the new higher culvert crossing currently under construction. The new culverts and road approaches will improve the link, helping to reduce the number of times the link floods.

Alternative routes are available via Beaconsfield Road and Golflinks Road.

Council apologises for any inconvenience and thanks the public for their cooperation during these essential works.
