Where do I find information?

Mackay Regional Council is committed to providing residents with open and transparent access to information about council's services, activities and business operations.

Wherever possible, formal applications under the Right to Information Act and Information Privacy Act should only be made as a last resort.

Significant information is already publically available via a number of council publications.

Publication Scheme

Our publication scheme helps you find information which is routinely published by council. In most cases, this information is available online and can be accessed directly from the publication scheme.

Disclosure Log

Our disclosure log provides information in response to non-personal information requests made under the Right to Information Act 2009.
