The call centre can provide a wide range of information on topics including rates and water billing, finding a lost pet and general enquiries

Hours of operation for the call centre are Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm. All other times for emergencies only

Client Service Centres provide a range of services including rates and water billing, animal registration and renewal and general enquiries.

Council operates Client Service Centres in Mackay, Mirani, Mount Pleasant and Sarina.
