Development Services Decision Notice Request

If you require a copy of a Development Services Decision Notice which is not available on PD Online, you may submit a Development Services Decision Notice Request form.

Should you require copies of all approvals on a particular property, it is recommended that you obtain a Standard or Full Planning and Development Certificate instead.

Important Notes:

  1. You must outline the correct Council Application Number and related property on your request. Requests submitted without the correct Decision Notice and/or Property cannot be processed.
  2. All requests for Decision Notices attract a processing fee, as outline in the below table. Payment must be made, in full, prior to commencement of processing. An officer from Council will phone for payment, once the request has been reviewed, to advise of how much is payable.
