Council and Mackay Institute of Research and Innovation are helping to get the Mackay region moving again with a get active campaign.

Held in May, Try the 5 includes five weeks of FREE activities for you to try in biking, adrenaline sports, water sports, gym/personal training and walking/running!

To enter the competition and win some cool prizes, take a selfie/video while getting active in May and upload it below. If you’re a social butterfly, you can post a photo/video to social media and hashtag #trythe5. Remember to put your privacy settings on public though, so we can find your entry.

Competition closes 9am Monday, June 3, so get snapping!
