Pre-paid parking permits

Council now offers the convenience of purchasing a pre-paid parking permit. Upon purchase of a one, three, six or twelve month permit, you will be issued with a sticker that will allow you to park in the following car parks for the period specified on the sticker:

• Mid city car park - Corner of Gregory and Gordon Streets
• Riverside car park - Corner of Gregory and River Streets
• Wharf car park - Corner of Brisbane and River Streets

Permits are only available in whole calendar month format - i.e. 1 July to 31 July. The permit cannot be purchased for part of a month. If you purchase a parking permit in the middle of the month, the active period for that permit will commence from the beginning of the following month.
