Mackay Volunteers Expo

The Mackay Volunteers Expo is an event designed to promote local volunteering opportunities; provide community groups with promotion, exposure and an opportunity to recruit new volunteers and; acknowledge and celebrate the valuable contribution volunteers make to our community.

We are seeking applications from interested local community organisations and groups that would like to be involved.

WHERE: The Big Shed Pavilion, Mackay Showgrounds
WHEN: Sunday, June 2, from 9am to noon
COST: Free

Exhibitor information for Sunday, June 2:

Thank you volunteers breakfast 8am to 8.30am
Set up from 7.30am to 8.30am
8.45am site induction for all stallholders.
Pack down from noon to 12.30pm
Tablecloths provided on request (please select below)
Stallholders to wear enclosed shoes
