Volunteer Expo stallholder EOIs open

The Mackay Volunteer Expo – to be held this year at the PCYC Mackay on Sunday, May 24 – is accepting expressions of interest from stallholders now.

The event will run from 10am to 2pm.  Exhibitor sites are free.

Last year about 50 organisations attended the expo and more than 500 potential volunteers come out to chat with them.

According to exhibitor feedback, on average, each stall engaged with more than forty potential volunteers and most groups signed up more than five new helpers.

Some reported up to 12 new volunteers from the day.
