Anzac Day services

There will be 25 Anzac Day services held across the region this year.
In Mackay, the main parade will again assemble at The Dome car park from 8am for an 8.35am march-off. Participants will make their way from Gregory Street into Gordon Street and along Wellington and Alfred streets, into Jubilee Park.

Residents who have been in close contact with a person who has tested positive for COVID-19, are unwell or have COVID-19 symptoms, such as cough, fever, sore throat, fatigue, loss of smell or taste, vomiting, diarrhoea or shortness of breath are being asked to stay at home.
Attendees are also encouraged to take increased care to maintain physical distancing where possible, particularly if they are in a vulnerable group.
