Have your say on master planning

Finch Hatton community members are being encouraged to attend workshops happening this Thursday (March 18) to discuss master planning for the Finch Hatton trailhead.

As a trail town, Finch Hatton will be a key service hub for the Pioneer Valley Mountain Bike Trails, with a primary trailhead located within the township.

Council has developed concept designs specifically for the site and welcomes community feedback.

Meet the project team along with world-class trail designers, World Trail, at Thursday’s workshops at Finch Hatton RSL:

Workshop 1: 3pm to 5pm
Workshop 2: 6pm to 8pm.

Please note, due to COVID-19 social distancing restrictions limited seats are available. A confirmed registration is essential.

For members of the community who can’t make a workshop, there will be an opportunity to provide feedback online.

From Thursday, March 18, until Sunday, April 18, community members will be able to share their thoughts online by visiting council’s Connecting Mackay website, www.connectingmackay.com.au.
