The following adopted amendments have not been incorporated into the current Consolidated Mackay City Planning Scheme. Please refer to the below documents for all relevant changes:
- Adopted Planning Scheme Amendments 1 of 2012 were adopted on 12 February 2014 and will take effect on 24 February 2014 (PDF 6MB)
- Adopted Planning Scheme Amendments 4 of 2010 were adopted on 14 December 2011 and gazetted on 19 December 2011 (PDF 409KB)
- Adopted Planning Scheme Amendments 1 of 2010 were adopted on 12 October 2011 and gazetted on 2 December 2011 (PDF 1.4MB)
