Note - this program is only available to people over 18 years of age.

Active in the City

There are plenty of ways to get Active in the City! From Tai Chi and Zumba to Aqua Fitness, our Active in the City program is a great way to get fit and meet new friends. An initiative of Mackay Regional Council, this program provides a range of exciting physical activities and is free of charge.

All activities cater for varying levels of fitness and ability and are suitable for beginners.
