Deadly Digital

Digital skills training program for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.

Mackay Regional Council Libraries is committed to helping improve digital inclusion and closing the digital gap.

Digital literacy is an essential skill in this day and age, as more services and daily interactions move online. We offer a range of group training sessions which will focuses on the following to name a few:

  • Accessing financial services
  • Online health services
  • Connecting socially
  • Internet safety
  • Email, computer basics and Microsoft word

We have a variety of options for you to access the Deadly Digital program;

  • request a group visit for your mob at your venue
  • or bring your mob to our venue.
