Rural View

Rural View is a well-developed residential suburb and only a few lifestyle acreage lots remain. These are located along Rural View Dr and in Nindaroo proper and fetch a pretty penny.

The largest residential estate here is called Premier Gardens and was first released in 1997/ 1998. When complete, the estate will encompass 112ha of undulating land and result in the creation of a totally self-sufficient community.

A neighbourhood centre, retirement village, kindy, emergency services, a school and additional recreational spaces will see Rural View become one of the main centres providing services to the northern beaches. Bike trails, walking tracks and children's playgrounds will keep the focus squarely on "family-friendly".
