Important: A copy of the floor plan (incorporating your diagram mentioned above) must be provided to Council prior to any formal agreement for hire (the application will be assessed given the equipment/platform diminishes the area ratio to the number of people attending). If the assessment results in the capacity being less than the people attending, the application will be declined.
If the equipment is assessed to be too heavy “by Council” for the facilities floor, your application for facility hire will be declined.
*Note: Council’s facilities floors are predominantly wooden and will require protection against any type of damage. If damages occur the hirer will be responsible for the costs to repair the floor (refer item 5 of the Community Facilities Terms and Conditions of Hire)
