The five key precincts that make up the Mackay Waterfront include the City Centre, Riverside, Enterprise, Queens Park and Beachside.

The Masterplan outlines precinct level strategies to set the scene for future development. These strategies will seek to capitalise on Mackay’s inviting subtropical climate and celebrate the heritage and culture of the area.
