Mackay Entertainment and Convention Centre on behalf of Mackay Regional Council - PO Box 41 Mackay Queensland 4740, ABN 56 240 712 069, is the promoter of this competition and hereafter in the terms and conditions will be referred to as the ‘Promoter’.
Information on how to enter and the prize to be won form part of the terms and conditions.
By entering this competition, you confirm that you have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to them.
The prize is supplied by the Promoter.
The prize includes $200 worth of grocery and household items from various suppliers and 2 x adult tickets to Melbourne International Comedy Festival Roadshow (3 May, 2024).
- The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and is not redeemable for cash or in any other way.
- This competition is open for any person who has purchase a gift voucher, of any value from 1 December 2023 to 20 December 2023.
- Participants can enter the competition multiple times. 1 gift voucher purchase is equal to 1 entry into the competition.
- The winner will be selected at random and will be contacted via phone on Thursday 21 December and will have 24 hrs to respond and accept the prize. If no response is received the Promoter reserves the right to redraw another winner, forfeiting the previous winner’s claim to the prize.
- The winner is responsible for collecting the prize from the MECC Box Office during trading hours, and understands MECC’s Christmas trading hours may differ from the MECC’s standard trading hours.
- The winner agrees to have their photo taken upon collection of the prize, and understands the photo will be used for marketing purposes on the MECC’s FB page.
- Tickets won, as part of this prize, cannot and will not be exchanged or refunded.
