Grants on offer to boost community groups

COUNCIL has cash up for grabs to boost our region’s community and not-for-profit groups. These Community Grants are flexible and allow not-for-profits to access funds for vital health and safety, transport and equipment purchases as well as projects that benefit the greater community.

Pioneer Pool expected to reopen next week

Council is pleased to advise that Pioneer Pool and Bluewater Lagoon are expected to reopen to the community next Monday (August 24).

Specialist works to install earthing infrastructure beneath Pioneer Pool have been completed and the facility now meets current Australian standards and is safe for all users.
