Council is calling on residents in Finch Hatton, Gargett, Netherdale, Pinnacle, Calen and St Helens to complete a Community Impact Survey to better understand the impact of Tropical Cyclone Koji and to help guide our recovery efforts.

The survey will only take 10 to 15 minutes to complete and the data will be used for statistical purposes and to inform potential activation of Queensland and Federal Government assistance.

Please click here to access the online survey https://bit.ly/4pUyDq3

Should you require a hard copy survey, please visit council’s Customer Service Centres or contact council’s Community Engagement Team on 1300 MACKAY (622 529) or engagement@mackay.qld.gov.au.

Residents have until 5pm, Friday, February 6, 2026, to complete the survey.
