Alligator Creek Bridge will be reduced to single lane traffic at night from Friday, January 10, while work is done to renew the water main crossing.
De Goey Contractors Pty Ltd will complete the works on behalf of council to improve the reliability of the water network to the southern region.
Night works on the bridge will be undertaken from 7pm to 4am, Monday to Friday, with some weekend required.
During the project, traffic control will be in place, including single-lane traffic and reduced speed zones, however minimal delays to traffic are expected.
There may be some minor noise and dust disturbances from plant and equipment on site.
The works are expected to be completed by mid-February, 2025.
