Mackay Seniors Expo

Tuesday, September 15, 2026 | 9:00am to 12:00pm
The Big Shed, Mackay Showgrounds, 25 Milton Street, Mackay 4740

The Mackay Seniors Expo regularly attracts more than 80 exhibitors and approximately 2,000 community members, making it one of the region’s key events focused on supporting older residents.

The Expo provides a valuable opportunity for seniors, their carers, friends, and family to connect with a wide range of services, supports, and local organisations. Attendees can access information, discover new programs, and learn about services that enhance quality of life, wellbeing, and community connection.

Check out the success of last year's expo on our Facebook page: Mackay Seniors Expo 2025

The event forms part of the Queensland Government’s state-wide Seniors Month celebrations which aim to improve community attitudes towards older people, facilitate community participation and activity by older people, and enhance community connections and inter-generational relationships.
