A beach-side park with two separate play zones for younger and older children, a flying fox and an all-abilities water play area with water jets, sprays and a splash pad. The park offers plenty of parking, sheltered picnic tables and barbecues and lots of seating including sunlounges which overlook the swimming enclosure. Enjoy a stroll along the coastal walk and take in the beautiful scenery.
The hours of operation for the water play area are 8am to 6pm, seven days a week.
The splash pad sprinklers run on timers. To start them again, simply press the activation button located next to the BBQ shelter near the splash pad.
If there are issues with the sprinklers re-starting, please contact council on 1300 MACKAY (622 529).
Amenities accessibility
All changing rooms are wheelchair accessible and there is a Changing Places, adult changing facility, available for people with disability.
