Examples of offers and activations could include (but not limited to):
Hotels and accommodation providers can bundle two-night stays with breakfast, late checkout, and a cute ‘little explorers’ welcome kit. Add optional shuttles for properties a bit further away and partner with a local café for a small treat voucher.
Turn your venue into the perfect wind down spot with acoustic music, warm fairy light corners, and cosy seating. Add a simple bites menu and a ‘happily ever after’ dessert board for groups.
Gift shops, florists, markets and art studios can host small hands on workshops like wand making, paper crowns, lantern jars, or mini ‘memory book’ sessions. Great for school holidays and perfect for tying into the exhibition buzz.
Fashion and beauty businesses can offer themed colour days (gold, midnight blue, rose), soft glam makeovers, braid bars, and ‘royal finish’ nails - without referencing specific characters or intellectual property.
Create simple, whimsical backdrops with arches, curtains, or paper stars, plus floor decals like ‘Step into the Story.’ Add a QR code that unlocks a small offer or secret menu item.
Deli and hospitality operators can offer ready-made picnic boxes. Add optional fairy light kits to set the mood and encourage visitors to bring along their favourite magical book to enjoy by the waterfront.
Bookstores, craft centres, and learning hubs can host story times, illustration jams, puppet making, or other creative workshops to spark kids’ imaginations during the school break.
Gyms and studios can run short, family friendly morning sessions - quick circuits, mobility, or yoga - built around themes like strength, courage, and confidence. Offer casual passes for visiting exhibition goers.
Add a touch of magic with pop up braid bars, glitter face gems and soft shimmer makeup for kids and parents before they head to the exhibition. Keep it neutral with wording like enchanted glow, starlight shimmer and royal polish.
