Laying wreath application

Submit an application to lay a wreath as part of a community group at Mackay’s Anzac Day main service, starting at 9.30am in Jubilee Park on Saturday, April 25.

Please provide the name of your community group and your contact details below and you will be called out to lay a wreath on the day.

Applications close at 4pm on Friday, April 10.

Please note:

• The name that you list in the name text box below will be read out exactly as it is submitted.
• Smart casual attire or uniforms are to be worn by those people laying a wreath.
