Mulherin Park (New) - Mackay Harbour Beach

This popular beachside park at Mackay Harbour offers extensive off-street car parking, sheltered picnic seating, barbecues and large grassed areas.

Facilities include playgrounds for children aged 1–9 years, featuring a fully fenced and shaded play area with softfall. The park provides direct access to the Mackay Harbour beach and is located adjacent to the Surf Lifesaving Club, which includes a restaurant and bar.

Locations suitable for weddings include:

Wedding Site 1 - Large grassed areas where your guests can gather whilst you make your vows to the accompaniment of the gentle sound of the rolling surf.
Wedding Site 2 - Board walk located in front of the Surf Club facing out onto the beach. Perfect for an early morning wedding with the sun rising over the ocean.
