Pensioner Rates Rebate Application

Rebates are available to eligible Pension Concession, Department of Veteran Affairs and Qld Repatriation Health card holders.

Rates Direct Debit Request

This form is required to set up a direct debit from your bank account to make scheduled payments (weekly, fortnightly etc) or the full amount on the due date of rate and water notices.

Third Party Authority Form

This form is required for a third party or agent to act on your behalf or enquire only on rating and property matters and Myh2o enquiries. If a third party contacts council on your behalf and this authority is not in place, information will not be given.

Application for Discount on Rates after Discount Date

In circumstances where ratepayers intended to pay their rates by the due date however, for reasons beyond their control, have been unable to, an application for discount on rates after discount date can be made.

Objection to Differential General Rate Categorisation

If a property owner is not satisfied with the general rates category allocated, they are able to object to council within 30 days of the issue date of the rate notice. For more information, visit How Rates are Calculated
