The following adopted amendments have not been incorporated into the current Consolidated Mackay City Planning Scheme. Please refer to the below documents for all relevant changes:

• Adopted Planning Scheme Amendments 1 of 2012(PDF, 6MB) were adopted on 12 February 2014 and will take effect on 24 February 2014
• Adopted Planning Scheme Amendments 4 of 2010(PDF, 381KB) were adopted on 14 December 2011 and gazetted on 19 December 2011
• Adopted Planning Scheme Amendments 1 of 2010(PDF, 1MB) were adopted on 12 October 2011 and gazetted on 2 December 2011
