Council advises that all three Customer Service Centres will have reduced operating hours on Thursday, June 25.
Mackay office will be open to customers from 10.30am to 4pm.
Sarina and Mirani will open from 11.30am to 4pm.
The reduced hours are to allow staff training for council’s Customer Experience teams.
Customers can still contact council on 1300 MACKAY (622 529) for emergency calls.
For non-urgent requests and payments, customers are encouraged to use council’s Online Services portal via the website or visit www.mackay.qld.gov.au/request to put in a customer request for assistance.
