Waste vouchers (formally dump voucher) included with your rate notice
The voucher system entitles owners of residential properties within the Mackay Regional Council area to three vouchers per rate notice.
These are provided with your rate notice including those issued via eNotices where they can be downloaded to your phone or printed out for safe keeping.
If you have linked your rates through your bank via BPAYVIEW, when your new bill arrives, log into your bank account and into the BPAYVIEW section to download a PDF of the rate notice and vouchers. Vouchers can be downloaded to your phone or printed out.
