Online Services (eApplications) is Mackay Regional Council's application lodgement portal, designed to allow customers to submit a range of applications and monitor assessment progress on select application types.

Whilst council advises customers to seek professional assistance from local professionals in the development industry to lodge applications, it is not mandatory. If you opt to lodge the development application without a consultant, it is strongly advised that you seek planning advice from our planning advice team prior to preparing your application for lodgement.
