Mackay Volunteers Expo - June 8, 2026

The Mackay Volunteers Expo is an event designed to promote local volunteering opportunities; provide community groups with promotion, exposure and an opportunity to recruit new volunteers and; acknowledge and celebrate the valuable contribution volunteers make to our community.

We are seeking applications from interested local community organisations and groups that would like to be involved.

WHERE: The Big Shed Pavilion, Mackay Showgrounds
WHEN: Sunday, May 17, from 9am to noon
COST: Free

Exhibitor information for Sunday, May 17:

• Set up from 7.30am to 8.30am
• Thank you volunteers breakfast 8am to 8.30am
• 8.45am site induction for all stallholders.
• Pack down from noon to 12.30pm
• Tablecloths provided on request (please select below)
• Stallholders to wear enclosed shoes
