Planning Scheme Policy Administrative Amendment 2

On November 27, 2024, council resolved to adopt Planning scheme policy administrative amendment 2. The purpose and general effect of the proposed amendment is to make administrative changes to PSP – Stormwater drainage design and PSP – Landscape to align terminology used in these PSPs with the Land Act 1994 and Land Title Act 1994.

PSP – Stormwater drainage design version 1.2 and PSP – Landscape version 1.3 commenced on December 13, 2024 and are available here.
