Jubilee Community Centre

The former Mackay City Library was returned to the community, with the Jubilee Community Centre recently opened.

Community groups, organisations, clubs and businesses are able to use the four new public meeting rooms.

The rooms will accommodate meetings of up to 20 people and are equipped with projectors and sound systems.

Cr Williamson said the facility would also accommodate 40 council staff and two training rooms including an IT training room.

Room bookings will cost just $20 for not-for-profit groups or organisations and are capped at $20 a month.  Room bookings cost $140 for other groups and businesses.

All meeting rooms are available after business hours and two rooms are available for community use during weekdays.

To book a meeting room, read the terms and conditions and fill in the registration form below.
